PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen a short-circuit of magnet flux between the mutual protruding parts of a core, even if a magnetic material is employed as a fixed member when fixing the protrusions of the core to the fixed member, and to enhance holding strength. SOLUTION: A stator 1 includes the core 11 having an annular shape in the peripheral direction 92 around a specified direction 91 and windings A111 to A116, A121 to A126, A131 to A136. The core 11 respectively projects to the outer peripheral side from the windings A136, A111, windings A116, A121 and windings A126, A131 in a plurality of specified positions 1011a, 1012a, 1013a. The current flowing in the windings A111 to A116, A121 to A126, A131 to A136 repeats flowing in the peripheral direction 92 in the order of the current +U, -V, +W, -U, +V, -W, even if the current starts flowing at any specified position between 1011a to 1013a.
