ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE SHEET, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, CONNECTION METHOD, AND INSPECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet suited for connection of insertion-mounting pin electrodes, a well as a connection method and an inspection method using such an anisotropic conductive sheet. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive sheet has an electrically insulating porous film 1 made of synthetic resin having conductivity in a thickness direction as a base film, and the porous film 1 has a plurality of holes formed in the thickness direction for insertion-mounting the pin electrodes in. The hole 4 has metal adhered on its inner wall, through which, a face opposite to a face into the pin electrode is inserted and the pin electrode inserted are electrically connected. The porous film includes an electrically insulating non-porous film made of synthetic resin at a side where the electrode is inserted, and it is preferable that the non-porous film has a plurality of holes formed in a thickness direction for insertion-mounting the pin electrodes.
