PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric contactor aiming at stability in an up-and-down movement of a plunger and an expansion and contraction movement of a spring member as well as contact stability between a plunger and a spring member. SOLUTION: Of a contact pin 15 provided with a plunger 22 consisting of a plunger-side contact part 22a contacted by an IC package 12, and a conductive material having a cylinder part 22b connecting to the plunger-side contact part 22a, and a spring member 23 made of a conductive material inserted into the cylinder part 22b of the plunger 22, the spring member 23 is equipped with a contractable normal winding part 23a inserted into the cylinder part 22b, and an adhesive winding part 23b protruded outside from the cylinder part 22b and fitted with a spring-side contact part 23c contacted by a wiring board 13.
