PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly perform stop cock replacing work being conventionally difficult even by a skilled person, by providing a stop cock device for surely and easily installing packing in a stop cock body and quickly fastening a box nut. SOLUTION: The packing installed in the stop cock body is formed as a double structure, and an inner ring is projected, and is formed as collar-shaped packing, and the stop cock installing side of the box nut is partially cut out.
