PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete pile with a screw blade, which enables the screw blade to be easily mounted on a pile body on a construction site, and which enables a structure for mounting the screw blade to be strengthened by fastening a small number of screws. SOLUTION: A screw member 20, which comprises a cylindrical barrel part 21 and the screw blade 33 integrally provided on the outer periphery of the barrel part 21, is fixed by fitting the barrel part 21 into the outer periphery of the concrete pile body 10. In this case, the barrel part 21 is composed of barrel constituting members 20a and 20b which are formed in such a shape that a cylinder is longitudinally split into a plurality of parts; the screw blade 22 is integrally and protrusively provided on the outer peripheral surface of each of the barrel constituting members; joint piece parts, which are provided at both the circumferential side edges of each of the barrel constituting members 20a and 20b, are assembled into a cylindrical shape by being joined in the state of being superposed on the inside and outside of the cylinder; both the joint piece parts are superposed on each other by fitting a protrusive streak, directed in the axial direction of the barrel part and formed on either of the joint surfaces of the joint piece parts, into a recessed groove formed in the other joint surface; and superposed parts are fixed together by means of a bolt.
