<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor drum unit which prevents the occurrence of play between a pin and a fitting groove and prevents the occurrence of rotation irregularity during transmission of drive from a rotary shaft to a flange member, and an image forming apparatus equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The photoreceptor drum unit is equipped with the rotary shaft 34 rotationally driven by a driving means 33, a drum body 31 having a photosensitive layer and a pin 38 both ends of which protrude from the rotary shaft 34. Also, the photoreceptor drum unit is equipped with the flange member 32 which is mounted on the drum body 31, into which the rotary shaft 34 is inserted, and which rotates integrally with the rotary shaft 34. The fitting groove 39 which fits to the pin 38 is formed in the flange member 32. The fitting groove 39 is formed in a tapered shape where the width Y of the fitting groove 39 is reduced from the outer side toward the inner side in the longitudinal direction X of the rotary shaft 34. The width on the outer side in the longitudinal direction X of the fitting groove 39 is set larger than the diameter of the pin 38 and the width on the inner side in the longitudinal direction X is set smaller than the diameter of the pin 38. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
