#CMT# #/CMT# The fryer has a flow heater arranged below a deep-fry bowl (1). A supply pipe (5) and a return pipe (6) are surrounded with heating elements (11), which are formed as induction coils. A spatter/drip area (2) forms a cold zone (3) and a deep region of the fryer forms a hot zone. The pipes are led into a bottom of the bowl. The return pipe leads from the bottom of the bowl towards a collection region (14). Frying oil is conveyed from the collection region towards a circulating pump (7) and is conveyed by the pump to another collection region (15) for heating the oil by the induction coils. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Electric, induction heating deep fryer for frying foods. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The supply pipe and the return pipe are surrounded with the heating elements, which are formed as the induction coils, thus forming a large heating surface.
