<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at low costs, ice confectionery packaging tubular body that is harmless, easily opened, makes it possible to eat the ice confectionery by holding it with one hand, and also makes it possible to box many tubular bodies. <P>SOLUTION: The ice confectionery packaging tubular body formed from polyethylene or polypropylene blow-molding includes a bottomed cylindrical body, and a liquid injection narrow tube having a ringlike locking projection on the opening side. An opening cylinder slightly smaller in diameter than the middle of the body is eccentrically formed near a bottom or between the liquid injection narrow tube and it so as to be straight on one side that coindides with the one side of the body. An opening annular groove is formed in a connection area between the opening cylinder and the body or in the middle of the opening cylinder. A visor-like inclined face is formed on the surface of the body in the opening direction as a result of the connection of the opening cylinder and the body.
