PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cold yarn and a cold cloth by using an ultrafine fiber. SOLUTION: The yarn and cloth are obtained by applying a cold retaining agent to the ultrafine fiber and rounding the ultrafine fiber. The yarn and cloth are obtained by forming the ultrafine fiber into a cylindrical state and injecting the cold retaining agent. The cloth of the ultrafine fiber is coated with the cold retaining agent and sandwiched between cloths to provide a cloth. The cold yarn and cold cloth are used and changed into a size and a shape for various uses and utilized. Since the cloth (fiber) is used as a medical vascular filter, achievement can be accomplished.
