FORMING METHOD OF SUPERCONDUCTOR AND REACTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a superconductor, and also to improve other specific properties for a substrate, which are generally required as an addition of an improvement of intensity of a multilayer-structure superconductor. SOLUTION: The forming method of a superconductor includes a process of providing a membrane containing barium fluoride on the surface of a substrate 120, a process of injecting first reaction mixed gas 155 on the membrane, and a process of forming a superconductive material on a surface of the substrate 120 for heating the substrate 120 up to a first temperature during injection of the first reaction gas 155 on the membrane. The first reaction gas 155 is injected on the membrane at an angle of 5°or more with the surface of the substrate 120. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
