PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blade-like steel plate type laminated rubber support inhibiting the action of tensile force on laminated rubber caused by floating while securing sufficient floating allowance and resistance force to the floating of an upper structure in the laminated rubber support, which can further reduce the tensile force acting on the laminated rubber and has higher performance. SOLUTION: The blade-like steel plate type rubber support 1 comprises the laminated rubber 2, upper and lower flanges 3, 4 and blade-like steel plates 10 on the peripheries of the flanges. The blade-like steel plates 10 are made in a connection type in which a rising connection 12 is formed at a central position of the blade-like steel plate 10 by using two steel plates 10a, bending their connection ends at a right angle to form rising parts 10b, putting the rising parts 10b together and joining them with bolts 11, or in an integral bent type so that the rising parts 10b have bending deformation by in-plane axial force and make rigidity with respect to the in-plane axial force small and reduce the in-plane axial force and the tensile force of the laminated rubber.
