COOLING CONTROLLER FOR FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling controller for a fuel cell making compatible the cooling performance of the fuel cell with the engine speed of a radiator fan for reducing noise vibration.

SOLUTION: A target radiator fan engine speed calculating part 107 calculates the target radiator fan engine speed in accordance with the target cooling water temperature and the temperature of a fuel cell inlet cooling water temperature sensor 105. A radiator fan limit engine speed calculating part 108 calculates a radiator fan limit engine speed from car speed. A limit delay value calculating part 109 calculates a radiator fan delay limit engine speed delaying the radiator fan limit engine speed according to taking out electric power. A radiator fan final limit engine speed calculating part 110 outputs either larger one of a radiator fan limit engine speed and a radiator fan delay limit engine speed as a radiator fan final limit engine speed, and an engine speed limit part 111 outputs the target radiator fan engine speed by limiting with the radiator fan final limit engine speed.
