<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steelmaking dust solidified product to be solidified by pressing dust consisting mainly of iron and the oxide thereof produced in a steel production stage by a melting furnace or the like, wherein the steelmaking dust solidified product has practically sufficient strength without adding an additive to the raw material dust to be fed as much as possible, and the thermal efficiency of the furnace when being recharged inside the furnace can be improved, and to provide a method for producing the steelmaking dust solidified product where the steelmaking dust solidified product having the advantages can be produced at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: Dust 11 consisting mainly of iron and the oxide thereof produced in a steel production stage is charged inside a compacting die 7 and is pressed so as to form a solidified product B.
