PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency amplifier whose amplification efficiency is improved by reducing a phase shift of a high-frequency signal due to a difference in transmission line length and securing uniform operations of a plurality of transistors. SOLUTION: A DC current DC is inputted to bases B of transistors 11 to 1n through resistances 21 to 2n respectively. A high-frequency signal RF to be amplified is inputted to the bases B of the transistors 11 to 1n respectively through a capacitor 30. Phase units 41 to 4m are transmission lines having electric lengths and connect bases B of adjacent transistors respectively. When those phase units 41 to 4m are connected, it is considered that a plurality of paths where the high-frequency signal RF flows from a branch point (a) to the bases B of the respective transistors are provided in parallel, and phase differences between high-frequency signals RF at base-B inputs due to the difference in length between passing transmission lines 51 and 52 are reducible.
