PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthy sock for foot sole acupressure usable everyday like underwear, expansible/contractible to the size of individual foot and maintaining health of the body by pressing and stimulating pressure points of the sole of the foot. SOLUTION: Two-ply cloth is placed only on the bottom side of the sock, and its periphery is sewn. Protrusions 3 are put between outer cloth 1 and one-piece inner cloth 7 or bag-type inner cloth 2. The peripheries of a plurality of protrusions 3 are sewn with a return 4 or sewn in bag shape 8 to allow acupressure of the pressure points of the sole of the foot. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
