<p>The invention introduces a device for cutting garlic into cubes, which consists of a device body (2), a cylinder pistil (6), a cylinder funnel (4), a multitude of blades (8), a uniform blade (9) and a container (3) as well as a rotating knife (7), which is integrated into the walls of the device in such a way that it can rotate freely and that its axis is below the level, containing the first part of the sliding surface, where the aforementioned cutting elements (7, 8, 9) can be located in a straight line, distributed across the external circumference of the drum (31) or on a round panel (32). The invention discloses also information on the specified rotating knife and the procedure of cutting garlic by using such a device.</p> |
