PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a gas hydrate-producing process by increasing a dehydration ratio of a gas hydrate produced by reacting a raw material gas with water. SOLUTION: The gas hydrate-producing apparatus produces a gas hydrate (n) by reacting a raw material gas (g) with water (w) in a container (2b). The lower part of the container (2b) is constituted as a gas hydrate-producing part and the upper part is constituted as an dehydration part B and a screw-shaped rake-up device 3 is rotatably installed ranging from the gas hydrate-producing part A to the dehydration part B in the container (2b).
