PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent incorrect determination in a transition state of a room pressure measurement value toward a target room pressure, and incorrect determination caused by sensitive reaction to variation of the room pressure measurement value. SOLUTION: A part or the whole of a threshold value range for opening/closing determination is temporarily invalidated as an incorrect determination possible area in accordance with a room pressure control state. For example, the threshold value range G is G=O for a specified time T after the start of a fan. The threshold value range G is G=0 during the specified time T after the change of setting of the target room pressure.
