PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing a plastic molded product excellent in anticlouding and fouling prevention properties by making the surface of a hydrophobic plastic into the surface of superhydrophilic. SOLUTION: The plastic molded product having a superhydrophilic surface is obtained by the steps of forming a hydrophilic silica film on a film substrate to transfer a silica film to a plastic surface by pressure and heat, or introducing the film into the inner face of a mold by a foil conveying device to transfer the silica film by carrying out injection-molding of the plastic.
