PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce internal distortion and to make molding possible at a low pressure by making a sink occur in a part not used as an optical element in a plastic optical element molding. SOLUTION: The temperature of the non-optical surface of the optical element is made to be a temperature between the glass transition temperature of a resin and the glass transition point plus 30°C, and the temperature of the optical surface of the optical element is made to be equal to or lower than the glass transition point.
