PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom structure of an assembly type file box capable of reducing the manufacturing cost by forming a bottom part only by assembling and locking bottom part forming pieces of a file box body to each other without via any affixing or adhering step, and having convenience of conveyance and storage by forming the bottom part in a collapsible manner, and excellent loading stability. SOLUTION: In the bottom structure of the file box in which a bottom part is formed collapsible by joining bottom forming pieces with each other, the bottom forming piece comprises two first bottom forming pieces having a slit and two second bottom forming pieces having locking pieces to be engaged with the slits, and the slits and the locking pieces are arranged in the directions orthogonal to each other.
