PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snap-in valve device capable of attaining easy mounting on a wheel. SOLUTION: This snap-in valve device 10 includes a transmitter unit 12; a rigid valve stem 16 extending from the transmitter unit 12; and an elastic member 11 provided around the valve stem 16. The elastic member 11 includes an annular engagement section 20 having a larger diameter than that of an opening 15a of a wheel 15. By passing the opening 15a while compressively deforming the engagement section 20, the valve stem 16 is mounted on the wheel 15.
