PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring cover of a system notebook for protecting a side surface of the back of one's hand by putting a band like body on a ring of the system notebook, and to provide the system notebook with the ring cover. SOLUTION: The ring cover of the system notebook and the system notebook with the ring cover are featured by providing a furnishing hole conforming to a position of the ring of the system notebook on the market on a lower one side of an oblong narrow band. They are featured by providing the oblong narrow strip on the ring cover of the system notebook and on either left or right one side upper part of the system notebook cover.
