The invention can be used in metallurgical, metal mining, food and other fields where palletizing bulk material is needed. By means of video camera (probe) the charge layer appearance is controlled inthe flow in a non-contact method and transmitted to computer where image in processed by software. The layer void and equivalent diameter of granules are calculated according to clearances between granules, and in accordance with this, the water consumption is regulated up to providing the maximum of layer void and optimal diameter of granules. The method provides an increase in palletizing quality and gas tightness of sintered charge layer.
