<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further easily detect an access that is determined as being unauthorized from access record information to patient information stored in a medical institution, and to form an unauthorized-access report. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a patient information access record part 7 recording, upon access to a patient checkup record by the user, identification information of the user and the patient as access record information; a user attribute information acquisition part 6 acquiring user attribute information, based on the identification information of users; a patient consultation record information acquiring part 8 for acquiring patient consultation records based on identification information of patients; an illicit access detection part 9 for detecting unauthorized access record information which is deemed unauthorized according to a predetermined condition based on the acquired user attribute information and patient consultation record, and recording it as unauthorized access record information; a report object patient designating part 10 for designating a patient that is the object of report formation; and a report preparing part 11 for preparing a report by using the unauthorized access record information for the designated patient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
