<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulcast distribution apparatus capable of carrying out real-time broadcast communication to a partner, desired by a distribution request source with a timing desired by the distribution request source, and improving user's convenience, without reducing the development efficiency of business application, in linking with the business application. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises an XML processor 11 for receiving distribution requests, described by XML and including a distribution message and a distribution destination address from a message transmission application 1 which is a distribution request source, a message editor 13 for translating the received distribution message into the format of an instant message, and a SIP processor 14 for distributing the translated message to a SIP terminal 4 via a SIP server 3 according to a SIP protocol and receiving a distribution result.
