<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus wherein the size of a flexible printed wiring board (FPC) can be decreased and malfunction of an electronic component can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The display apparatus (an LCD unit 60) is provided with a driving IC 17 attached to a glass substrate 14 which constitutes a liquid crystal panel, an LED 7 disposed on the lower side of the glass substrate 14 and a light shielding member 16 disposed so as to shield the driving IC 17 from incidence of light from the LED 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
