PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof adding device for suitably adding a roof onto the upper side of an outdoor unit being placed on an existing loading stand without giving a heavy load to the outdoor unit. SOLUTION: On a flat stand 11 as the loading stand on which the outdoor unit 10 is placed, the roof adding device 12 is mounted. The roof adding device 12 comprises a pair of right and left supporting frames 23 as supporting devices 13 to be attached onto the flat stand 11 and a roof device 14 to be supported on the side of the outdoor unit 10 by the supporting frames 23. The supporting frames 23 are connected and fixed to connection holes 22 provided in the corners of the outdoor unit 10 with connectors 28 provided at the lower ends of supporting columns 24.
