PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp holder for supplying a stable power voltage to a lamp; and to provide a lamp assembly, a backlight assembly and a display device having the same. SOLUTION: This lamp holder includes a first holder, a second holder and a connecting part. The second holder is coupled with the first holder to cover an end portion of the lamp. The connecting part connects the first and second holders with each other. Thus, the lamp holder is assembled easily by the connecting part.
