DIAPHRAGM AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME AND HEAT EXCHANGER EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm 12 having excellent resistance to dew formation regardless of the type of a permeable resin and good adhesion property between a porous film and a reinforcing material and easy to be produced. SOLUTION: The diaphragm 12 is a laminate 23 composed of a porous film 20 and a reinforcing material 40 and the reinforcing material 40 contains a moisture-permeable resin layer 30 in the interface 50 side with the porous film 20. To reliably form the moisture-permeable resin layer (a moisture-permeable resin film) 30, the average fine pore diameter of the porous film 20 is preferably 0.01 to 10μm and the porosity of the reinforcing material 40 is preferably 30 to 95%. The diaphragm 12 of the invention is excellent in the resistance to dew formation even if a water-soluble resin (for example, polyvinyl alcohol) is used as the moisture-permeable resin. If the difference (γc2-γc1) of the critical surface tensionγc2of the reinforcing material 40 and the critical surface tensionγc1of the porous film 20 is adjusted to be -5 mN/m or higher, the moisture-permeable resin layer 30 may be inserted in the prescribed position.
