PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stretch boots and a manufacturing method better in the appearance, capable of being manufactured at low costs, hard to remain inside for an offensive smell and appearing cool to be wearable even in the spring. SOLUTION: A cylindrical fabric 2 including lace-like networks 3a has a part (a cylindrical part 3) provided above the ankle and made by a not-weaving method. The fabric 2 integrally formed with the cylindrical part 3 extends from the part above the ankle, not through a woven part, to a part provided below the ankle (the instep 4).
