A dispenser for storing and dispensing sanitary products that comprises an upper box, a lower box and an upper cover attached to the upper box. The upper box is divided by one or more partitions, thereby forming a first and a second compartments. The lower box forms a third compartment and the upper box serving as the cover of the lower box. Full access to all items contained in the upper box or the lower box is attainable by removing only the cover of the upper box or of the lower box, respectively. The lower box has an opening for removal of items contained therein.
