<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for condensing fume discharged from electroplating solution tank is provided to reduce air environmental pollution by preventing fume from discharging into the air and effectively control concentration of plating solution by discharging condensate water into the solution again. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a fume collecting part comprising a connection rectangular frame(30) which is positioned inside the solution manufacturing tank(40) of the electroplating process in such a manner that the connection rectangular frame is installed on an upper part of vertical shaft(37) in the center of the solution manufacturing tank, and in which a hollow part is formed, a case(25) communicatingly installed at an end of the connection rectangular frame, an apparatus frame communicatingly installed at the center of the bottom of the case, a housing shaped suction part(41) which is extended to the outer surface of the apparatus frame with being communicated with the apparatus frame, and a lower part of which is opened, a perforated plate which is horizontally installed at an inner side of the suction part, and on the surface of which a hole is formed, a sponge filter installed on the perforated plate to filter fume, and a condensate water discharge means for injecting condensate water generated during suction of fume into tank again; and an injection part comprising a solution nozzle bar(94) installed on an inner upper part of the connection rectangular frame, spray nozzles(95) installed along the solution nozzle bar with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance to spray solution, a pump(92) installed at an inner side of motor shaft frame and connected to the solution nozzle bar by means of supply pipe, and a suction pipe(91) installed at the pump and extended to the solution to suck in the solution.</p> |
