PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of an opening between a burglarproof external cylinder body 5 and a decorative ring 3 even when the decorative ring 3 is pulled in the compression direction of a coil spring 7 (the front-end direction of a cylinder), and to prevent the slipping-off of the coil spring 7. SOLUTION: A skirt section 10 is mounted on the decorative cylinder collar 9 fitted inside a decorative cylinder 8 for a cylinder lock. The angle of inclination of the skirt section 10 is equalized to that of the inclined plane of the burglarproof external cylinder body 5, and the skirt section 10 is formed in a shape that the skirt section is tapered towards a hem section.
