PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canister purge control of an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing a variation in the air-fuel ratio of the internal combustion engine by accurately correcting the jetted amount of fuel with purge distribution taken into account in the internal combustion engine having a canister for storing the fuel vaporized in a fuel tank, a purge valve discharging the stored vaporized fuel to the intake pipe of the engine, an evaporation concentration sensor for detecting the HC concentration of the discharged vaporized fuel, a means for controlling the jetted amount of fuel of the engine according to a detected evaporation concentration, and a plurality of air-fuel ratio sensors measuring the air-fuel ratio of exhaust gases installed in the exhaust system of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This controller comprises a means for calculating and learning the distribution ratio of the vaporized fuel for each cylinder of the engine with the air-fuel ratio sensors corresponding to the cylinders and controlling the jetted amount of the fuel of the engine according to the learned results.
