The shoe has a hemi-spherically shaped balancing unit (7) connected at the center of a lower surface of a shoe sole (2) using Velcro fasteners in a detachable manner for tilting the shoe while running or walking. The hemi-spherical shape of the unit produces a curvature on the lower surface. Ventilation ducts (4) are aligned on outer circumference of the sole for ventilation. The balancing unit is made of hard plastic or a rubber mixture having shore hardness greater than 15.
