PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device having a vibration-damping member, having relatively high heat resistance and rigidity, and able to prevent falling while minimizing the residual compressive stress of the vibration-damping member. SOLUTION: The bearing device 1 comprises a bearing ring 3, the annular vibration-damping member 5 that is made of vibration-damping alloy and disposed on the peripheral surface of the bearing ring 3, an endless annular stop ring 7 that is disposed on the peripheral surface of the vibration-damping member 5 and prevents the falling in the radial direction of the vibration-damping member 5, a ring-like member 8 that is fixed onto the peripheral surface of the bearing ring 3 and projects in the radial direction more than the vibration-damping member 5. The bearing ring 3 has a fixing groove 6 for preventing axial movement of the vibration-damping member 5.
