PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly dispersing load applied to a front side member from a vehicle body front side to a vehicle body rear side to a rocker in the former half of collision and to certainly support load applied to the rocker from the vehicle body rear side to the vehicle body front side in the latter half of the collision. SOLUTION: A first closed cross section structure 22 for connecting a front side member 12 and the rocker 16 by an under-reinforcement 20 and a floor panel 14 is formed. A second closed cross section structure 30 connecting the front side member 12 and the rocker 16 by a torque box 26, the under-reinforcement 20 and the floor panel 14 and overlapped with the first closed cross section structure 22 is formed.
