Surface finishing of paper prints

The prints are placed on a flat, base ad thin layer of white, low-viscosity, plasticizer-free, aqueous dispersion of vinylidene chloride copolymer contng. anion-active emulsifiers and having a particles size 0.5 mu is applied to the prints. The film is then stoved immediately at approx. 120 degrees C. Specif. a wooden spreader covered with foam rubber and velvet is used.
