PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage circuit capable of obtaining stable reference output voltage (Vr) by reducing influences of fluctuations of the reference voltage by uneveness of diffusion in a manufacturing process while maingaining excellent temperature characteristic. SOLUTION: To a second transistor (Q2), an eighth transistor (Q8) for a subdiversion of an NPN type identical to a first transistor (Q1) is added, and a fourth resistance (R4) with a half resistance value is connected instead of a conventional second resistance (R2). Thus, in the reference voltage circuit 100, the influences of fluctuations of a base current (I<SB>B3</SB>) by fluctuations of a current amplification factor h<SB>FE</SB>of a third transistor (Q3) are reduced, while conventional excellent temperature characteristic is maintained, the stability of the reference voltage is improved.
