<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having a metal layer L1, a fluorinated primer layer L2 as an arbitrary component, and a fluorinated polymer layer L3 in this order, one example showing that the metal layer L1 is a collector, the fluorinated polymer layer L3 is an electric active layer having a high content of carbon and/or an oxide. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorinated primer layer L2 is a mixture of 1 to 100 wt.% of at least one modified fluorinated polymer and 0 to 99 wt.% of the fluorinated polymer. In case of absence of the fluorinated primer layer L2, the fluorinated polymer layer L3 is a mixture of 1 to 100 wt.% of at least one modified fluorinated polymer and 0 to 99 wt.% of the fluorinated polymer wherein the modified fluorinated polymer is selected from the followings (a) and (b); (a) a fluorinated polymer obtained by grafting an unsaturated monomer on molten and kneaded unsaturated monomer and the fluorinated polymer by irradiation with radiation, and (b) a fluorinated polymer irradiated with radiation in the presence of oxygen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
