<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle calculation method, its device and its program capable of accurately calculating a rotation angle including a rotative direction. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis that an interval between a fixed point NO and a measurement point Ne of a final form We is divided into a plurality of factors, connection points of these factors and the fixed point and the measurement point are set as each node NO to Ne, and a tangent vector at a measurement point of an initial form Ws is set as a standard tangent vector Vs, while a tangent vector at each node of the final form is set as each tangent vector VO to Ve.
