PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an autonomous distribution multichannel wireless network by avoiding a deadlock state wherein communication stations cannot recognize their existence with each other.

SOLUTION: A beacon transmission channel selected by a communication station on the basis of its own reference is not always a channel receptible by all peripheral communication stations depending on a state of interference. A communication station subjected to interference from other system periodically transmits an interference annunciation signal (IAS) through all channels not subjected to interference to inform the peripheral stations of its own existence and a channel subjected to the interference so as to allow the peripheral stations to refrain from transmitting beacons from channels much interfered through which beacons cannot be heard.
