PURPOSE:To assure the electric connection between the socket adapters for emulator exclusively for a microcomputer and a mounted wiring substrate when the debugging of microcomputer programs of adapters with mounting surface such as FPP, PLCC, etc., and the defect elimination of hardwares are emulated by a method wherein male sockets corresponding to female sockets are provided on the end of a emulator cable. CONSTITUTION:Connecting parts 4A of leads 4 of a conversion socket 6 for users are soldered with respective wiring terminal patterns on a mounted wiring substrate 1 for users. Next, lead pins 9A of a connecting socket 9 provided on the end of a cable 8 of a emulator 7 are inserted into female sockets 5 electrically connected to the lead 4 to get electrical connection. In such a state, emulation is performed on the debugging of microcomputer programs, the defect elimination of hardware and the like by the use of the emulator. |
