PURPOSE:To obtain a multiple lead frame capable of inhibiting deformation after working by cutting a notch section for suppressing deformation on working to the edge side section of an outer frame. CONSTITUTION:In a multiple lead frame 1, a plurality of notch sections 10 for inhibiting deformation on working are each arranged and provided openly to edge side sections in a chain of outer frames 3, and the notch sections 10 are disposed respectively so that the notch sections 10 are mutually faced oppositely to both outer frames 3, 3 at every lead frame 2. The notch section 10 is formed so that a plane shape thereof takes approximately a rectangular shape, and opened on the edge side side. Size regarding the depth D in the short direction of the notch section 10 and a frontage W in the longitudinal direction is each set so as to correspond to the depth of strain on working remaining in the outer edge side of the outer frame and so as not to damage the strength of the lead frame. |
