PURPOSE:To enable the application of uniform and sure discharge treatment to an entire surface, by providing an intermediate electrode having a large number of divided electrodes divided with almost equal area by a non-conductive member between the resin molded product engaged with a base electrode and an inverse electrode. CONSTITUTION:Above the bumper 2 for an automobile, for example, made of polypropylene mounted on a negative side base electrode 1 in an engaged state, an intermediate electrode 5 corresponding to the outer shape bumper 2 is fixed so as to hold a definite gap G1 from the bumper 2. This intermediate electrode 5 is constituted so that divided electrodes are formed by dividing a conductive electrode member main body into a large number of sections at every almost equal area by non-conductive members 6. Therefore, if the read screen-shaped inverse electrode member 4 of an inverse electrode 3 is moved to an imaginary line direction in such a state that the leading end thereof is contacted with the intermediate electrode 5 and corona discharge is successively generated between the divided electrodes 7 and the base electrode 1, uniform discharge treatment is applied to the entire surface of the bumper 2.
