PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of transaction recording by recording the transaction information in a journal form, and also, recording it in an unrewritable recording medium. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a payment processing, the transaction contents from a main control part 10 are supplied to a journal printer and brought to journal printing thereby, and also, the transaction contents from the main control part 10 are supplied to a laser card read/write part 13 and recorded in a laser recording part in a laser card 8 thereby. Accordingly, when a person in charge issues an instruction from an internal monitor 17, the inside of the laser recording part on the laser card 8 is read by a reading recorder 36 and displayed by the internal monitor 17. In such a way, by its display and the print contents, whether the transaction recording is correct or not, namely, whether a falsification, etc. are executed or not can be decided, and the transaction protecting performance is improved. |
