A height-adjustable drawing table comprises a stand with a column which has an outer and an inner telescopic part. A drawing board is fixed pivotably to the column. Provided on the inner telescopic part is a sliding guide for the drawing board, by which the drawing board can be translationally displaced from a lower drawing position to a raised drawing position. The drawing board can thus be lowered or raised, in the lowermost and uppermost position in which it can be moved by the stand, via the sliding guide still further downwards or upwards by a parallel displacement, so that the drawing table can be height-adjusted beyond its normal dimensions.
