PURPOSE:To enhance coating capacity of room temp. or low temp. curable paint, in a two-coat/one-bake painting finish method, by using a different kind of specific paint resin compositions in a combination of paint for base coat and paint for top coat. CONSTITUTION:In a combination of paint for base coat and paint for top coat, paint resin compositions respectively based on a vinyl polymer I and an amino group-containing vinyl polymer II are used. That is, the vinyl polymer I is composed of a composition prepared from a vinyl polymer, which consists of 1-100wt% of a vinyl monomer having a polymerizable unsaturated group and one or more of a siloxy group in one molecule thereof and 99-0wt% of other polymerizable vinyl monomer, in which polyisocyanate having the reactivity with the hydroxyl group formed from said polymer and a dissociation promoting agent are contained. The amino group-containing vinyl polymer II contains a polyepoxy compound.
