PURPOSE:To rapidly detect a trouble block by writing the data to the frontmost part memory element at every maintenance diagnosing block, transferring successively the written data discriminating the stored data of the rearmost part memory element with the timing to which the data come. CONSTITUTION:In respective maintenance diagnosing unit blocks, the means to write prescribed data specified beforehand to the frontmost memory element and the means to shift-control successively the data by a shift mode and transfer them to the rearmost memory element are provided, the trouble diagnosing for a maintenance diagnosing unit block can be executed by the storing data of the rearmost memory element. Thus, the maintenance replacing unit, in which a trouble occurs, can be very easily pointed out, and the average recovering time at the time of a system down can be shortened. |
